Order Directly from It's Sew Emma

To apply for a wholesale account with It's Sew Emma, please fill out this quick online form. We will promptly review your application and contact you with approval before placing your first wholesale order.

It's Sew Emma offers wholesale prices on It's Sew Emma items only. We cannot offer wholesale pricing on items made and distributed by other companies. We cannot combine wholesale orders with retail orders placed on Fat Quarter Shop. Wholesale orders cannot be placed through the website.

Placing a Wholesale Order

Wholesale minimums for all items including books, patterns, notions and Triangles on a Roll products, are three per individual item and 12 total items per order. If an order is placed with less than 12 total items, it will be charged retail prices.

Once your Wholesale Application has been approved, you will receive an email with information on placing your first order. Wholesale orders cannot be placed through the website.

Payment

For payment, we accept all major credit cards and PayPal. If paying by credit card, do not send your credit card number over e-mail. We will contact you by phone for your credit card number information when finalizing the order. We require full payment for your wholesale order before shipping. Once your account is set up in our system, we can securely save payment information and shipping preferences, and we will use that information for future purchases.

Shipping

We will charge shipping for your order. We have negotiated UPS, USPS and international shipping rates and will use the least expensive method to ship your order unless you specify a shipping company you prefer and provide your account number. After your wholesale order is placed, we will ship your order within 5 business days.

Order Fulfillment

We strive to fill and ship wholesale orders as quickly as possible. Please allow us 5 to 7 business days to process your order. During peak periods, this window may be extended. If you need your wholesale order by a certain date, please note that where indicated on your order. If expedited shipping is needed, extra charges will be applied.

Trunk Show Policies

Thank you for your interest in participating in an It’s Sew Emma Trunk Show. We have found that giving customers a chance to get up close and personal with our quilts helps YOU sell books and pattern! If you are interested in offering a trunk show at your store, send us an email with dates and quilts you would like to borrow, and we will get it scheduled. By emailing It’s Sew Emma, you are agreeing to the following trunk show policies below:

• You will need to place a minimum order of 20 books/patterns for each book/pattern represented in the trunk show, and you will receive 10% off your wholesale order.
• Please follow the shipping instructions provided with each quilt borrowed during the trunk show.
• Trunk show quilts are available for a one month period. If you need it for longer, we will consider the request on a case by case basis.
• If a quilt is lost or damaged during the trunk show, we require a reimbursement depending on the size and value of the project.
• We do not sell our patterns/book on consignment.
