Each month you will receive an assortment of specially chosen items which may include fabric, notions, patterns, thread and anything in between. The retail value of your items will always be more than your monthly cost! Don’t be surprised if you receive exclusive or first-look items. Plus, as a member you will receive special discounts, exclusive deals and BONUS GOODIES!
We partnered with Sherri McConnell to design the Bright Side Quilt for the sixth year of Sew Sampler. This stunning quilt features her Happy Days collection from Moda Fabrics. It’s sure to make your Sew Sampler boxes light and bright all year long!
The Bright Side Quilt Kit includes the finishing pattern as well as all the fabric needed to complete the 54.5” x 72.5” quilt top. All the pattern cards will be included in the Sew Sampler boxes from April 2021-March 2022.

Oh My! I couldn’t believe my eyes! I thought it would be fun to receive a little something for myself for a change but I never expected this level of excitement as I went through the numerous goodies in this little box!

How does the subscription work?Subscribe by paying a one-time $.99 membership fee then each month you will automatically be charged or sent a Paypal invoice for $24.95 + shipping and sent your Sew Sampler Box.
Will I know what is in each box before it arrives?Everyone loves a good surprise and this box will be just that. HOWEVER, if you pay close attention to us on social media - Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and our blog - you might get some sneak peeks!
What skill level are the items geared toward?The items found in this box are targeted to all quilters, not just beginner or advanced.
What if I don't like what I get?Each month is different and you will get a wide range of items. Sooner or later there will be an item or box that is not your cup of tea. Hang in there though, over time the items and value you receive should make the program enjoyable.
When will my box ship?All boxes ship on or around the 20th of each month.
When will I be billed?Each month your card will be charged $24.95 plus shipping 3-5 business days before your box is shipped.
How does the subscription work if I’m paying with a Credit/Debit Card?Once you’ve subscribed to the Sew Sampler club by paying the one-time $ .99 membership fee using your credit/debit card, each month that card will be automatically charged 24.95 + shipping approximately 3-5 business days before the club is scheduled to ship. A few days after the payment has successfully processed, your box will be on its way!
How does the subscription work if I’m paying with PayPal?Once you’ve subscribed to the Sew Sampler club by paying the one-time $ .99 membership fee via PayPal, each month you will be sent an email approximately 3-5 business days before the club is scheduled to ship asking that you follow the link provided to fund your payment. (Please note that PayPal payments are not automatically withdrawn and must be manually approved and funded via the payment request email.) A few days after the payment has successfully processed, your box will be on its way!
What is the shipping cost?For our U.S. customers it is our standard $4.95. For customers in Canada it will be $12 and for other international countries it will be $16.
Do you ship internationally?Yes, see our rates above. All items will ship in a box.
How can I cancel my subscription?You may cancel your subscription at any time. Simply log into your account, visit your My Account page and click on the My Clubs, BOMs, and Pre-Orders tab. Next click on the "cancel" link in the Actions column and confirm. You may also email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 1-866-826-2069. Cancellations need to be done by the 14th of the month to ensure that you are not shipped and billed for that month's box.
Can I re-start my subscription or put it on hold for a while?Sure. However, you will need to repurchase the membership. For hold requests and reactivations, please note that you will need to contact us or repurchase the membership before the 14th of the same month to receive a box or put your box on hold. If contacted after the 14th, we will cancel the order and consider the canceled order as non-payment.
It looks like my membership was canceled without my request. What happened?We understand that our reminder emails are missed or end up in spam folders, but after two months of non-payment, we will cancel your membership. If you would like to rejoin, we do require that you purchase the Sew Sampler club membership again. If you believe that the cancellation was an accident, please reach out to us so we can review and work with you to get it fixed!
How do I change or update my credit card?Log into your account and click the credit card link on the left. Note that you will not be able to delete your existing card until after you add a new one.
I just moved; how do I update my shipping address?Please contact customer service at email@example.com with any address changes or updates by the 14th of the month so we can make sure your box is delivered to the right address.
Can I combine shipping if I order two or more boxes?Not at this time, each box will ship separately.
Can you ship my box with my regular order?We are not able to combine Sew Sampler boxes with other orders.
Can you gift wrap a Sew Sampler box?No, we are not able to offer gift wrapping at this time.
What is your return policy?Sew Sampler boxes are not returnable. However, if your products are defective or otherwise damaged, please let us know and we will replace them for you.
What if there is an item missing or broken in my box?We are happy to make things right, you have 60 days to notify of us of the problem.
I would like to give a subscription as a gift, is this possible?Of course! You will need to sign up by placing a separate order that has the shipping address of where you would like the box sent. Your card will still be billed monthly. If you’d like the gift subscription to end after a certain number of months, put that in your order comments or contact us.
I wanted to sign up for two boxes each month, but I can only add one membership to my cart. Am I allowed to get two (or more) boxes each month?Yes! Please either call us at 1-866-826-2069 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Or you can place separate orders with the same membership information. The orders should combine and you will only see one charge each month for your Sew Sampler boxes.
